The corrected order now authorises the applicant’s enlargement on bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,000 with one or two sureties of equal amount.

                      requested to mention it.
                      3.             Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant,
                      the clause (i) of the operative order be corrected as under
                               “i.    The applicant be enlarged on bail in
                                      connection with CC No.737/PW/2002 on furnishing
                                      P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or
                                      two sureties in the like amount.”
