The petitioner, J. Ramachandran, filed a writ petition seeking the quashing of a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him in a CBI case (BSFB Delhi Case No. RCBD12025E0005) at the request of UCO Bank. The petition also included an interim application. During the hearing, the Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI stated that the LOC had been issued by the CBI and was subsequently deleted, and this statement was recorded by the court.
