O R D E R:
1. By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Petitioner has
sought amendment to the Writ Petition for correcting the name of the
Petitioner No.1 to CIE Automotive India Ltd. in terms of schedule
annexed to the Interim Application.

2. Accordingly, permission is granted. The Petitioner shall
carry out the amendment in terms of schedule annexed to the Interim
Application within a period of one week from today i.e. on or before
29th September 2026. Re-verification is dispensed with.
3. Interim Application is accordingly disposed of.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2
to 5 states that they have recently come on record and undertakes to
file Vakalatnama. The Vakalatnama shall be filed within a period of
one week from today.
5. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner tenders Additional
Affidavit on behalf of Petitioner No.2 which is taken on record.
6. Place the Writ Petition for consideration on 30th
September 2026 under the caption for circulation.
