reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :
ORDER
(I) The application is allowed.
(ii) The condition No. (b) imposed on the applicant i.e.
not to enter into the limits of Pune and Satara
District after being released on bail, except for
reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called and
for attending the trial, is hereby relaxed.
Interim Application stands disposed of in above terms.
