The court allowed the complainant to intervene in the bail application.

Summary

The complainant, Dyanoba Namdev Jadahv, filed an interim application seeking to intervene in Criminal Bail Application No.443 of 2026, which concerns the original accused Ankush Tukaram Jadhav. The accused's counsel and the State's counsel did not oppose the intervention. The court examined whether the complainant, as the informant in Crime No.484 of 2023, could be allowed to intervene in the bail proceedings. Finding no objection and recognizing the complainant's interest, the court permitted the intervention. Consequently, the accused's counsel was granted permission to amend the bail application to reflect the complainant as an intervener, and the interim application was disposed of.
