Complainant), is seeking intervention in Bail Application Number 740

3. Prayer clause A reads as thus:

(A) Allow the present Intervention Application and permit the
Intervenor / Original Complainant to intervene and assist the
Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 740 of 2026;
4. Mr. S. R. Ganbavale, learned Advocate for the Applicant and
Mrs. S. N. Deshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent - State, do not
oppose the said request made by Mr. Gautam Pawar, learned Advocate
for the Intervenor.
5. In view of the no objection, this Application is allowed in terms
of prayer clause (A). Applicant is permitted to intervene in Bail
Application No. 740 of 2026.
6. Mr. S. R. Ganbavale, learned Advocate for the Applicant in Bail
Application No. 740 of 2026, seeks leave to carry out the amendment
forthwith to add the Complainant as an Intervenor in Bail Application
Number 740 of 2026.
7. Permission to add the Complainant as Intervenor in Bail
Application No. 740 of 2026, is granted. Amendment be carried out
