         Accordingly, the Intervenor is permitted to intervene in Criminal

         Anticipatory Bail Application No. 334 of 2026.

         3.           Mr. Ramnik Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant in

         Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 334 of 2026, seeks permission

         to   carry    out   an   amendment   forthwith   so   as     to   implead     the

         Complainant/Informant as party Respondent No.2 in Criminal Anticipatory

         Bail Application No.334 of 2026. Permission is granted. Amendment be

         carried out forthwith.

         4.           Interim Application No.491 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of

         accordingly.
