The Court held that the intervenors are permitted to intervene in Bail Application No. 473 of 2026.

Summary

The complainant in C.R. No. 721 of 2025 sought to intervene in Bail Application No. 473 of 2026. The intervenors, represented by Mr. Kuldeep Nikam, filed an interim application (No. 500 of 2026) for permission to intervene. The respondent State’s counsel, Mr. S. S. Chaudhari, did not oppose the request, and the applicant’s counsel, Ms. Anamika Malhotra, also raised no objection. The Court, noting the lack of opposition, allowed the intervenors to be added as "Intervenors" to the bail application. The Court further granted permission to amend the bail application to reflect the inclusion of the intervenors. Consequently, the interim application was disposed of.
