The Court restored the writ petition, allowing the interim application.

Summary

The applicants filed an interim application seeking restoration of their writ petition, which had been dismissed on 16 December 2025 for failure to remove office objections. The Court examined the submissions and considered whether justice required reinstating the petition. It held that, in the interest of justice, the writ petition should be restored to the Court's file. Consequently, the interim application was allowed, directing that the office objections be removed before the returnable date. The petition was listed for hearing on 22 September 2026 alongside several other writ petitions.
