The interim application is allowed, and the writ petition is restored to the court's file.

Summary

Petitioner Sanjay Raman Pawar filed a writ petition which was dismissed for failure to remove office objections. He subsequently filed an interim application seeking restoration of the petition to the court's file. The court examined the memorandum and the reasons for condoning the delay in filing the interim application. Finding that it was in the interest of justice, the court allowed the interim application, thereby restoring the writ petition. The interim application was disposed of without costs and the writ petition was scheduled for listing on 25 August 2026.
