The Court allowed the interim application, permitting recall of the registration refusal order subject to removal of office objections within two weeks.

Summary

Kishor Nana Kini filed an interim application seeking recall of the Registrar Judicial‑I's order dated 08.05.2026 which refused registration of his writ petition on the ground of unremoved office objections, and also prayed for condonation of delay in moving the restoration application. The Court examined whether the order could be set aside and whether the delay could be condoned. Relying on the reasons set out in the petition, the Court was inclined to allow the relief sought. The application was allowed, directing that the office objections be removed within two weeks, thereby permitting registration of the original petition. The order thus restores the petitioner's right to proceed with the writ petition.
