MR. RONIL RAJENDRA DEDHIA AND ANR.versusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA thr govt

Decided
Disposal
Disposed Off

Holding

The application is disposed of as not pressed because the petitioners have obtained a No Objection Certificate from the earlier advocate.

Summary

In an interim application filed in Writ Petition No. 9641 of 2014, the petitioners sought the discharge of an earlier advocate. The court noted that, following its order dated 21‑09‑2026, the petitioners obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the earlier advocate. Consequently, the petitioners indicated that the relief sought – discharge of the earlier advocate – was no longer required. The court therefore disposed of the application as not pressed. The matter was listed for further directions on 13‑10‑2026.
