Holding

The order dated 13 August 2026 dismissing the writ petition is quashed and the petition is restored to the Court’s file.

Summary

The petitioner filed an interim application seeking restoration of a writ petition that had been dismissed on 13 August 2026 for failure to remove office objections. The Court examined the application and determined that the dismissal order should be set aside, allowing the writ petition to be reinstated. The Court directed the petitioner to remove the objections within two weeks and ordered the writ petition to be listed for hearing on 21 October 2026. No costs were awarded, and the parties were permitted to file a reply affidavit before the returnable date. The interim application was therefore allowed.
