1. This Interim Application is circulated in view of the praecipe
dated 28.09.2026. Same is taken on record and marked “X” for
identification. In view of the request made by Mr. Onkar Nagavekar,
learned Advocate for the Applicants, this Application was ordered to be
placed on “Production List”.
2. Mr. Onkar Nagavekar, learned Advocate for the Applicants,
states that the Advocate on record Mr. S. S. Patwardhan, was informed
about listing of this matter on the Production List. However, Mr. S. S.
Patwardhan, has informed him that he has returned the brief.

3. By the present Application, the Applicants have sought for the
following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (b) :-
(b) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to fix the date of early
hearing of the present Civil Revision Application
4. Considering that the request made in this Application is for
fixing a peremptory date in Civil Revision Application No. 941 of 2012,
same is considered. This Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause
(b).
5. As the Civil Revision Application is of the year 2012, the Registry
is directed to list the Civil Revision Application No. 941 of 2012 on
15.10.2026, under the caption “Final Hearing”.
6. Mr. Onkar Nagavekar, learned Advocate for the Applicants is
directed to serve a private notice to the Respondents and file an
Affidavit of service in the Registry of this Court, on or before
12.10.2026.
