1. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the

following substantial relief:

“a. Allow the present Interim Application and condone the delay
of 4 years and 210 days in filing the accompanying Civil
Revision Application against the impugned order dated
03.12.2021.”

2. After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Sujit Bugade,

learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a pass over. At his request, this

matter was taken up post lunch.

3. Mr. Sujit Bugade, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on

instructions, from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present

Interim Application.

Interim Application.
