The court ordered the writ petition to be listed for final hearing on 23 February 2026.

Summary

The applicants, Smita Mahendra Dhone and 151 others, filed an application seeking an early hearing of their writ petition (No. 121 of 2023). The court examined the grounds of the application and noted that the respondent's counsel, Mr. Deep D. Shirodkar, raised no objection to the prayer. Considering the lack of opposition, the judges directed that the writ petition be listed for final hearing on 23 February 2026. Consequently, the application for early listing was disposed of.
