The application is dismissed as infructuous because the marriage petition sought to be transferred has already been disposed of.

Summary

The applicant, Amruta Ghansham Sakhare, filed a miscellaneous civil application seeking the transfer of a pending marriage petition (No. 1687/2022) from the Family Court in Pune to the Family Court in Solapur, and also requested that a criminal application be tagged to the same case. The applicant was represented by Advocate Tejas Kapre. During the hearing, Advocate Kapre informed the court that the marriage petition had already been disposed of by the Pune Family Court. On the basis of this information, the court examined whether there was any remaining relief to be granted. Finding that the primary subject of the application no longer existed, the court held that the application was infructuous. Consequently, the court disposed of the miscellaneous civil application without further orders.
