Holding

The court ordered the deletion of paragraph 3 of the 29‑April‑2026 order and affirmed that the remaining terms remain intact.

Summary

The applicant, Savio Joaquim Filipe Correia, filed a Miscellaneous Civil Application seeking correction of an order dated 29 April 2026 issued in Writ Petition No.1837/2025(F). He contended that paragraph 3 of that order was erroneously recorded, as no party had requested a deferral of the proceedings bearing SIP No.10/2023/A before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasco. The court examined the admitted position and found no prejudice to any party from deleting the erroneous paragraph. Consequently, the court ordered that paragraph 3 be deleted and the corrected order be uploaded, while affirming that all other terms of the original order remain unchanged. The application was thereafter disposed of.
