The court held that respondent No. 7 should be appointed as guardian of the minor respondent No. 9 and the cause title amended accordingly.

Summary

DLF Home Developers Ltd filed Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 515 of 2026 seeking procedural relief in a suit involving several respondents. The court observed that no annexures were filed and therefore waived any office objections. To protect the interests of the minor respondent No. 9, Yuvraj Jitendra Deshprabhu, the court appointed respondent No. 7, Mrs. Rupa Jitendra Deshprabhu, as his guardian and ordered that the cause title be amended accordingly. The court directed that a notice be issued to the appointed guardian, returnable on 13 October 2026, and listed the first appeal for hearing on that date. The application was thereafter disposed of.
