1. Present application is filed seeking transfer of Petition No.A-
40/2026 instituted by respondent/husband before learned Family
Court, Pune to learned Family Court at Ahilyanagar.
2. The applicant/wife stays at Ahilyanagar. Two proceedings
filed by her against her husband are pending for adjudication before
competent Court at Ahilyanagar. A 10 years old child of the parties is
staying with the applicant/wife.
3. In the considered opinion of this Court, case for ordering
transfer of Petition No.A-40/2026 from Pune to Ahilyanagar is made
out. Hence, the application is allowed by directing transfer of Petition
No.A-40/2026 from the file of learned Family Court, Pune to learned
Family Court, Ahilyanagar.
