Disposal
DISMISSED

Holding

The revision application will be dismissed if the applicant fails to appear on the next listed date.

Summary

The applicant sought revision of a Family Court order directing him to pay Rs.4,000 monthly to his wife and Rs.3,000 to his minor daughter, totaling Rs.7,000, effective from 6‑Feb‑2021. The High Court noted that the revision petition, filed in 2022, had not been listed or circulated until 4‑Sept‑2026. No counsel appeared for the applicant on the first listing. The court gave a final opportunity for the applicant to appear by 11‑Sept‑2026 and warned that the matter would be dismissed if no appearance is made on the next date. The judgment therefore sets the matter for dismissal pending the applicant’s appearance.
