PER COURT :
1. This matter is listed for the first time. It appears that, since
2022, the matter has neither been circulated nor listed before this
Court. The Applicant appears to be the informant in Crime No.197 of
2012.
2. Pursuant to the said crime, R.C.C. No.156 of 2013 came to
be registered, in which the Respondents-accused came to be acquitted
vide judgment and order dated 9 th April 2019 passed by the learned
Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad.
3. Feeling aggrieved by the said acquittal order, the Applicant

has preferred Criminal Appeal No.123 of 2019. The said Appeal also
came to be dismissed vide order dated 06th April 2022.
4. Today, the matter is listed; however, none appears on
behalf of the Applicant. It appears that the Applicant has lost interest
in the matter. Since the matter has been pending since 2022, this
Court is not inclined to entertain the present Revision Application.
Hence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
