A criminal revision application is dismissed as infructuous when the impugned order has been disposed of.

Summary

The applicants filed a criminal revision application (No. 69 of 2021) before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, challenging an order dated 27 May 2021. While the revision was pending, the original proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nandurbar, were disposed of. Counsel for the applicant submitted the copy of the impugned order, which was marked for identification. The Court observed that with the disposal of the underlying proceedings, the revision had no operative subject matter. Consequently, the revision application was held to be infructuous and was disposed of accordingly.
