           01.          It is informed on instructions by learned Advocate for the

           petitioner that the vigilance report is already received by the Scrutiny

           Committee. It is further informed that notice is already issued to the

           petitioner which he may get within a day or two.



           02.          Be it as it may. The petitioner to appear on his own before

           the Scrutiny Committee.      The Scrutiny Committee to give report of

           reinvestigation and the petitioner to enable him to submit reply on the

           same. This be done within seven days from today.      The Committee to

           take decision within 14 days thereafter.        The entire exercise be

           completed within three weeks from today.
