01. This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent-

Scrutiny Committee, Chh. Sambhajinagar i.e. respondent No.2 to decide

the tribe claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period. The tribe

claim is pending since 06.07.2015. The petitioner is in service.

02. Considering the above, respondent No. 2 – Scrutiny

Committee is requested to decide tribe claim of the petitioner within a

period of six months from today.

03. With the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed off.
