Bombay High Court

VAISHALI EKNATH WAHOOL AND OTHERSversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The writ petitions are dismissed as the issues are squarely covered by earlier decisions of this Court and the Nagpur Bench.

Summary

The petitioners filed multiple writ petitions and civil applications challenging actions of the State of Maharashtra and other respondents. The petitioners failed to appear before the Court on the scheduled dates. The Court noted that the issues raised were already decided in Writ Petition No.13945/2025 of this Court and Writ Petition No.6482/2024 of the Nagpur Bench. Relying on those precedents, the Court dismissed all the pending writ petitions without awarding costs. No further relief was granted to the petitioners.
