Holding

The Court held that, having complied with its earlier directions, the writ petition stands disposed.

Summary

The petitioner, Jana Small Finance Bank Ltd., filed a writ petition seeking specific directions for physical possession of a secured asset. The High Court earlier ordered that the asset be handed over to the bank on 29 September 2026. On the date of hearing, the petitioner did not appear, but the respondent's AGP submitted panchanama and taba pavati documents showing compliance with the court's directions. The court also directed the Police Inspector of Niphad to take urgent steps on a written complaint filed by the bank. Since the court's earlier directions were fulfilled, the judges held no further orders were necessary and disposed of the writ petition and the pending interim application.
