Bombay High Court

SACHIN MAHADEV SUTARversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS

Disposal
DISMISSED

Holding

The petition is dismissed as the matter has already been decided in Writ Petition No. 6549 of 2026.

Summary

Sachin Mahadev Sutar filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, challenging an order of the State of Maharashtra. The Court observed that the issues raised were identical to those in Writ Petition No. 6549 of 2026 (Dr. Maya Raghunath Kagne v. State of Maharashtra). Relying on the detailed reasoning of that earlier decision, the Bench found no merit in the present petition. Consequently, the petition was dismissed. No new legal principles were articulated beyond the application of the prior precedent.
