             .       Indisputably, the issue raised in this petition is squarely covered
             by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.1520 2026 (Vijay S/o.
             Uttam Chavhan Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) dated
             04.03.2026.

             2.      For the reasons stated in the said order, Respondent No.3, the
             Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, is
             directed to decide the proposal dated 03.06.2025 forwarded by the
             Education Officer on 12.08.2026 and include the name of the
             petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali and issue Shalarth ID within a period
             of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in case
             there is no deficiency.

             3.      Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
