             PER COURT:

             1.    The respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation of

             the petitioners dated 06.02.2026 within a period of four (4) weeks

             from the date of receipt of copy of this order.


             2.    In the meanwhile, since the petitioners are making a statement

             that the Headmaster/Principal Khaleeque Ur Rehman Khan are

             approved by the Education Officer, we permit him to operate five

             account of the petitioner - school for a period of four (4) weeks from

Charity Commissioner. Writ petition is disposed of in terms of above

directions.
