                                                  Date : OCTOBER 06, 2026
               P. C. :

               1. By the present Petition, the challenge is to the tender floated on
17th April, 2025. There are no interim orders passed in the present
Petition and considering that the tender was floated in the year 2025,
the same would have been taken to its logical end. The tender was for
               laying of drainage line.
               2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4, who is the successful
bidder submits that the entire work is completed. In view thereof, the
Petition stands disposed of, as nothing survives for consideration.
               3. Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and stand
               disposed of.
