2. In the said Order, the learned Counsel appearing for the
Petitioner has sought for correction in Paragraph 7(i), wherein the
name ‘Dr. Gangadhar Kashinath Shirude, Pro-Vice Chancellor’ has
been mentioned. He states that Dr. Gangadhar Kashinath Shirude has
been incorrectly mentioned as Pro-Vice Chancellor of Savitribai Phule

Pune University, Pune. His name is accordingly required to be
deleted.
3. In view thereof, the correction is made in Paragraph 7 (i)
by deleting the name of “Dr. Gangadhar Kashinath Shirude”.
