1.        The Petition initially sought the relief of upgradation of the

Petitioner to the full-time aided post of Assistant Teacher and for grant

of approval. During the pendency of the Petition, the Petitioner was

upgraded to the full-time aided post of Assistant Teacher and the

grievance which remains to be addressed is the decision on the proposal

submitted for approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as full-time

aided Assistant Teacher.

2.        The deficiencies communicated have been duly complied with on

30.06.2026. The proposal is pending with Respondent No.4 – Deputy

Director of Education. The Respondent No.4 is directed to decide the

proposal expeditiously and, in any event, within a period of six weeks

from today.

3.       The Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
