The State's Advocate General argued that the petitioner’s grievance could be dealt with by the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 27‑03‑2024. The Court held that the Committee is the appropriate forum for redress and directed the petitioner to approach it within two weeks.
