The petition is infructuous because the issue was already decided in Revision No. 25/2022.

Summary

Geeta Manikrao Patil filed a writ petition challenging an interim order issued in a revision proceeding before the Joint Charity Commissioner. The petitioner argued that the interim order should be set aside. The Court observed that the same issue had already been adjudicated in Revision No. 25/2022, rendering the present challenge moot. Consequently, the Court held that the petition could not proceed because the matter was already finally decided. The petition was therefore disposed of as infructuous.

             PER COURT :

                     Heard.

             2. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, in the present
writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the interim order passed in the
revision pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner. However, in view of
the decision rendered in Revision No. 25/2022 itself, the challenge raised in
the present writ petition to the said interim order has become infructuous.

             3. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
