Holding

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Summary

The petitioner, Rahul Ulhas Bhagat, filed a writ petition in the High Court of Bombay at Goa challenging an administrative action. The petitioner later filed an appeal before the Director of Panchayats, which was subsequently disposed of. Relying on the disposal of that appeal, the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the writ petition, arguing that no further relief remained. The Court, after hearing the counsel, granted leave to withdraw and ordered the petition to stand disposed as withdrawn. The Court also noted that separate proceedings before the GCZMA are ongoing and directed that they be concluded within six months as per an earlier order dated 22.07.2026.
