The petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty granted to the petitioner to challenge the Look Out Circular through appropriate proceedings.
Summary
The petitioner, Huzefa Gulam Mohammad Randera, filed a criminal writ petition challenging a Look Out Circular that barred his travel abroad. He later moved the court seeking to withdraw the petition while reserving the right to contest the circular through other appropriate legal proceedings. The Government Pleader submitted a communication stating that the petitioner’s request for permission to travel abroad was denied and a corresponding letter had been issued. The Court considered the petitioner's request to withdraw and the government's stance. Accordingly, the Court ordered the petition to be disposed of as withdrawn, granting the petitioner liberty to pursue the challenge to the Look Out Circular separately.
