- Disposal
- DISPOSED OFF
Holding
The writ petitions are dismissed as the issues have already been decided in earlier judgments.
Summary
The petitioners filed multiple writ petitions and civil applications before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, challenging various orders of the State of Maharashtra. On 1 September 2026, respondents argued that the matters were already decided in Writ Petition No.13945/2025 of this Court and Writ Petition No.6482/2024 of the Nagpur Bench. The petitioners failed to appear on 3 September 2026 despite two court sessions being held. The Court noted that the issues were squarely covered by the earlier decisions and, for the reasons stated in those orders, dismissed all the pending writ petitions. No order as to costs was made.
Issues considered
- The petitioners' challenge to the State's orders
- The applicability of prior judgments (WP No.13945/2025 and WP No.6482/2024) to the present petitions
- The effect of petitioners' non‑appearance on the disposal of the writ petitions
