Holding

The Court directs the respondent to decide the pending appointment proposal within three weeks.

Summary

The petitioners, Shubhangi Dnyanandev Rajigare and others, filed a writ petition seeking approval for their appointment after complying with deficiencies noted on 23 May 2025. Although the deficiencies were addressed on 26 May 2026, the respondents had not taken any further adjudication on the appointment proposal. The Court considered the limited grievance and directed the Education Officer (respondent no. 3) to decide the pending proposal expeditiously, within three weeks of the order. The Court further ordered that, if approval is granted, the respondent no. 2 must enter the petitioner’s name in the Shalarth Pranali, issue a Shalarth ID within eight weeks, and release any arrears of grant‑in‑aid salary within one week. The petition was disposed with these directions.
