                    Assessment Board viz. Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and

                    Hearing Disability, Bandra, has medically examined the Petitioner and has

tendered a Report dated 22 nd September 2026 in sealed cover to this Court.

The sealed cover is opened and contents noted.

2.            It is reported therein that the Petitioner does not satisfy the

Person with Disability (PwD) Category.           Dr. Shivraj Bhimte, HOD,

Audiology, Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing

Disability, Bandra, is present in the Court.     His presence is accordingly

dispensed with.

3.            In view thereof, the learned Counsel appearing for the

Petitioner has sought permission to withdraw the present Petition.

Accordingly, permission is granted.

4.            Writ Petition No.12344 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
