Summary

The petitioner sought relief against this order. The Court noted that the order had been passed after the filing of the petition and found no merit to intervene at this stage. Consequently, the Court disposed of the writ petition but granted the petitioner liberty to file a fresh application challenging the 27 August order in accordance with law. The Court directed that any such application, if filed, be decided by the authority as per legal provisions.
