Leave is granted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file separate petitions.

Summary

The petitioners, led by Mr. Chandrakant Thorat, filed a writ petition seeking a direction against the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe validity claim of Mr. Thorat. The High Court observed that separate petitions were required, as had been filed before the Aurangabad Bench. The petitioner's counsel then applied for leave to withdraw the present writ petition, requesting liberty to file separate petitions. The Court granted the leave, allowing the petition to be withdrawn and permitting the filing of separate petitions. Consequently, the writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn.
