of the petitioners is that the Scrutiny Committee has not decided the
claim of the petitioners as belonging to Scheduled Tribe category.
Proposal is pending since 17.11.2025. Learned Advocate for the
petitioners further submits that hearing is also concluded and the matter
is reserved for orders.
02. Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with
directions to respondent No.2 – Scrutiny Committee to decide claim of
the petitioner within one month from today.
