Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The writ petition was dismissed as moot because the underlying suit had been disposed of.

Summary

The petitioner Raziuddin Mohd Naziruddin filed a writ petition challenging an order dated 1 April 2023 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nanded, in an application filed under Exhibit‑689 in Regular Civil Suit No.1007 of 1989. While the writ petition was pending, the underlying civil suit was finally disposed of.
