- Decided

The revision must be decided expeditiously within two weeks from 9 October 2026, and the order of 23 September 2026 is stayed pending that decision.
Summary
Petitioner Prashant Satghare filed a writ petition challenging an order dated 23 September 2026 that suspended the entire managing committee of a cooperative society. The petitioner sought a revision of that order before the Divisional Joint Registrar. The court noted that a revision petition had already been filed and directed the Revisional Authority to decide the matter within two weeks, provided the parties cooperate. The court also stayed the effect of the impugned order pending the revision, allowing the complainants to be impleaded and to appear before the Registrar. All substantive issues were left open for determination in the revision proceedings.
Issues considered
- What is the appropriate time-frame for the Revisional Authority to decide the revision petition?
- Should the order suspending the managing committee be stayed pending the revision?
- Are the complainants who were not originally parties required to be impleaded in the revision proceedings?
Subjects
- revision
- writ petition
- managing committee suspension
- expeditious decision
- procedural order

the present case. She submits that her clients are willing to participate in

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks.

5) All contentions of parties on merits are expressly kept open.
Parties shall appear before the Joint Registrar alongwith copy of this
order downloaded from the website of this Court on 9 October 2026 and
