Summary
Petitioner Prabhakar Namdev Sarag filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, challenging actions of the State of Maharashtra. The petition was filed through Advocate Ms. Tanuja D. Dhage on behalf of the petitioner. The Court first allowed correction of the respondent's nomenclature. It then disposed of the writ petition, directing Respondent No.1 (the State) to decide the petitioner’s Revision Application No.1116 of 2025 and the accompanying stay application by 5 November 2025, within six weeks of receiving the order. If the stay application remains undecided, the Court mandated that it be decided within three weeks of receipt of the order. No substantive merits of the writ were addressed; the order was purely procedural.
