- Disposal
- DISPOSED OFF
Holding
The Court affirmed the validity of the challenged clauses as previously decided in Writ Petition No. 6549/2026.
Summary
The petitioners challenged clauses 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 and 4.7 of a Government Resolution dated 07‑08‑2012. The High Court observed that it had already examined those clauses in Writ Petition No. 6549/2026 and had held them to be valid. Accordingly, the present writ petition was found to be covered by that earlier judgment and was disposed of. The parties consented to be bound by the outcome of Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 28560 of 2026, which is pending against the earlier judgment. The interim relief that had been granted earlier was ordered to continue for a further six weeks.
