          PER COURT :


          1.   Though learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take
          instructions, but it appears that the present petition was filed seeking
          provision of proper and suitable food, considering the petitioner’s
          immunocompromised health condition and his allergy to certain food
          items.


          2.   However, it appears that the said prayer was made when the
          petitioner was in Dhule District Prison from January 2017 till
          22/06/2017. The report of the Resource Personnel of this Court
          indicates that upon obtaining information from Dhule District Prison as
          well as Jalgaon District Prison, no record pertaining to the petitioner is
          presently available. The report further indicates that the petitioner was
          in Dhule District Prison and Jalgaon District Prison in the year 2022
          Even otherwise, no efforts have been made to pursue the matter since

2020. In view of the passage of time, there is reason to believe that the
petition has become infructuous.      Accordingly, the petition stands
disposed of.
