Holding
The petition is dismissed as the investigation is already underway and the matter is sub judice.
Summary
The petitioner Uttam Dharma Koli filed a criminal writ petition seeking a direction for an effective investigation into FIR No.15 of 2023 registered at Raver Police Station, Jalgaon. The Court examined the petition and noted that a charge‑sheet had already been filed in respect of the FIR and that a regular criminal case (RCC No.28 of 2026) was pending before the trial court. Since the investigation was already underway and the matter was sub judice, the Court found no ground to interfere. Consequently, the petition was dismissed as there was nothing further to consider. The petition was therefore disposed of.
