The Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, heard Writ Petition No. 15259 of 2025 filed by Rahul Dattatraya Autade against the State of Maharashtra. The petitioner sought accommodation to comply with an earlier order dated 27 January 2026. The Court, exercising its inherent powers, granted a final opportunity, directing the petitioner to file the required documents and an additional affidavit by 10 April 2026, with a copy to the opposite side.
